Carson Pass Wildflowers
“God spoke today in flowers,
and I, who was waiting on words,
almost missed the conversation.”
~Ingrid Goff-Maidoff
At 9300 feet of elevation, these high Sierra wildflowers weren’t trying to impress anyone. I am probably one of the few people who actually ever saw them. It is so amazing to see so much diversity in a a patch of flowers like this in the wilderness. It looks like something someone would have had to put a lot of time into. But then when you think about it, you realize that someone did.
