Brown bears in their adolescent years display “teenage” behavior that makes it easy to pin human emotions on them. These two “fought” their way up and down the river during the days I was in the area, only stopping for the occasional rest or snack. It’s “all fun and games,” but it’s also crucial training for the inevitable real conflicts that they will face later in life.
