Main Street, Greenville CA in June of 2021. In August of the same year, the Dixie Fire would essentially wipe Greenville off of the map. I grew up here, and lived in three different houses on this street, just up there in the trees. I was passing through town on this day and realized that I didn’t have any good photos of this view, so I stopped and snapped this. I couldn’t have known how meaningful it would wind up being to have this photo.
