A bear made famous by webcams and the internet, this is bear #480 at Katmai National Park. Known by his adoring fans as “Otis,” he was the oldest bear continually returning to the area when I took this photo in 2022. With Otis standing still in front of the falls, a slow shutter speed blurs the moving water.
