After my first trailcam composite image went viral, I of course wished that I had spent a little more time on it and made it exactly what I wanted. That is what this effort was. Seen by a few million less people, this is the one that I like better. I went through a few thousand images and found the ones where it really looked like the critters were looking at the camera (except the bears back there and a few other exceptions). Like the other similar image, this is a layered composite of several photos that were all taken by the same camera that was mounted on the same tree for several years. Fun fact: the two deer standing in the creek (between the coyote way back there and the mountain lion at the far upper right) were in the same image. Everybody else was in an image all by themself.
